Project Description: One double storey house with a roof terrace, one single storey guest house at the back
Type: Concrete slabs, ground floor brick veneer in render finish with Colourbond standing seam cladding and timber cladding, first floor polystyrene render and Colourbond standing seam cladding finish, guest house timber cladding and polystyrene render finish, Colourbond roof, skylight, outdoor swimming pool, fish pond enclosed in the main house, balcony, roof terrace, outdoor timber decking and bluestone paving.
Internal finish: Bluestone tiles and engineered timber floor to ground floor, carpet and engineered timber floor to first floor, porcelain tiles, custom made timber veneer kitchen cabinets with Caesarstone benchtop, metal spiral stairs from first floor to roof terrace, Ezy jamb internal doors, Miele appliances, VRV heating and cooling system, solar photovoltaic system.
Site information: Screw piles, bored piers, suspended slab, fish pond shotcrete walls.
