Project Description: One triple storey house
Type: Concrete slabs, basement block walls, ground floor brick veneer in render and bluestone tile cladding finish, first floor polystyrene render and alucobond cladding finish, power operated arm rack louvres, colorbond roof, skylight, indoor spa room.
Internal finish: Polished concrete floor to ground floor, Tongue N Groove European Oak timber floor to first floor, porcelain tiles, custom made two pac finish kitchen cabinets with marble benchtop, Miele appliances, bulkhead ducted heating and cooling system with hydronic heating panels.
Site information: Sloping site, basement constructions, retaining walls, bored piers.
